Under this project, registration has been started through an online portal to equip the youth with modern skills. Launch of Online Web Portal for Registration
On the instructions of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, easy and fast online registration has been started from March 1. Through this system, the entire process from receipt of applications to issuance of certificates will be completed online. Students and parents will not need to go to offices. All necessary information will be available with just one click.
Concession for Three-Year DAE Courses
Students enrolling in three-year Diploma in Associate Engineering (DAE) courses are being provided with the facility of registration at a concessional fee. The requirement to open a bank account in the institution’s name has been eased. The account will be subject to the issuance of a certificate to facilitate financial transactions.

Important Instructions Under the Punjab Skilled Department Authority Act 2019
The Punjab government has made it mandatory for all technical and vocational institutions to register with PSDA under the Punjab Skills Development Authority Act 2019. Under this act, institutions operating without registration will be declared illegal. Violation of the rules will be punishable by 6 months imprisonment and a fine of up to Rs 1 million. To protect the public from fraud, a list of 622 illegal/unapproved institutions has been published on the PSDA website.
Provision of Facilities and Information for Students
For the convenience of students and parents, details of all approved institutions along with courses and number of students are available on the web portal. The syllabus of all courses has been provided on the PSDA website so that students and teachers can get complete information. Students can file an online complaint against any illegal institution.
